 | Annual General Body Meeting on Sunday, May 27, 2012 Noon - 2PM
In accordance with the By-Laws, The Board of Trustees are conducting the Annual General Body Meeting ( GBM ), along with Members Annual Lunch of Sri Ranganatha Temple / Sri Ranganatha Seva Samithi, on Sunday, May 27, 2012 from 12:00 Noon to 2:00 PM.
This letter is an official notification of the Annual GBM. The Agenda will be posted at the temple web site by May 14, 2012. Please send your suggestions, in writing, to the Secretary, and mail to Temple, no later than May 1, 2012 and all reviewed and approved suggestions during the May 2012 BOT meeting, will be included in GBM agenda.
Please send in your completed Nomination Papers for the available 4 open Trustee positions – 3 for Three Years term and 1 for One Year term - for serving Lord Sri RanganAtha as part of the Annual GBM.
Anyone who has been a member of the Temple, in good standing, for at least one year as on May 26, 2012, is eligible for sending the Nomination Papers. Nominees (self or proposed by other members) must be physically present at the GBM and soon after, for the Board of Trustees Meeting, if selected or elected. All nomination Forms, duly signed, must be post marked no later than May 1, 2012 and should be mailed to: Secretary, Board of Trustees, Sri Ranganatha Temple, 8-Ladentown Road, Pomona, NY 10970.
